Alright guys and gals? Got some pictures for you, this case is going to a guy named Chris out in Georgia, a Double Snakeskin Custom, with chrome hardware, and burgundy velure. This case will be home to 2 guitars when it is finished, a custom built Telecaster by the client and a 90's OLP, they went out of business apparently? So without further adieu here is the progress, and also if you guys are wondering what the hell is taking this guy so long over the course of this build, well he said he won't need it till june but he put a deposit down so I'm building it in stages to avoid a rush job ;D We start with various pieces of wood, glue and nails That comes out to our deep wood shells We then take DOW Styrofoam and glue all the pieces together with a special epoxy resin compound, and apply a light layer of super spray adhesive We then form the guitar mold out of our Styrofoam and add our extra accesories i.e. storage pockets (for now ) This is the other mold, much cleaner because I did it with a brand new jigsaw blade, really good one The two "kind of" put together And lastly (for now again) the burgundyish velure

does the back of the guitar get any foam? like a 1/2 or 1/4" layer or does it just have the velure under the back.
